What to Expect When You Book Furniture Assembly
Having someone come and build your furniture is straightforward once you know the shape of it. Here is exactly what happens, from booking to the last screw.
1. Book in a few minutes
Choose your service, add the items you need assembled, pick a date, and enter your address. We confirm your appointment slot within a couple of hours — the Smart Price Estimator gives you an instant price range as you go.
2. We confirm the price on arrival, before starting
The estimate is a real number, not a guessing game — but your assembler confirms the exact total on arrival, after seeing the actual furniture, its size and any access factors, before touching a single screw. No work starts without your agreement.
3. We bring everything — you provide nothing
All tools, equipment and fixings are provided, including the correct wall fixings for masonry, plasterboard or lath-and-plaster. You just need the furniture to be on-site, in its boxes, before we arrive.
4. Built properly, tested before we leave
We assemble everything correctly, check it is level and solid, and anchor tall or tip-prone pieces to the wall as standard. Cardboard is folded down and stacked tidily at no charge — if you would rather it was taken away completely, that is available as a £49 add-on.
