The right tools
The bundled Allen key rounds off screws. We use proper drivers, a mallet and clamps so joints pull up tight.
Level and square
We check diagonals and use a spirit level, so drawers run true and doors do not swing open on their own.
Boxes in, finished furniture out
Every flat-pack furniture assembly we do is checked for square, alignment and stability, with packaging folded down and the space left clean.
