Quotes and estimates
Online estimates are indicative. A firm price is confirmed after we review your furniture details and photos, and is agreed with you before any work begins.
Bookings
Submitting a booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the date, arrival window and price by phone or email. You can change or cancel with reasonable notice.
On the day
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to provide access and confirm placement of each item. We assemble according to the manufacturer's instructions and fix items to the wall where recommended and where the wall allows.
Our work
We take care with your home and furniture. If a part is missing, damaged in the box, or the furniture is faulty, we will tell you and pause that item. We are not responsible for defects in the furniture itself.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods are shown when we confirm your booking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
