Who needs to be there
Someone over 18 needs to be present to give access and confirm where each piece goes. Beyond that, you do not need to supervise the whole job — plenty of customers work from another room, or step out and come back, while we get on with it.
If you cannot be there yourself
Arrange for someone else you trust — a partner, family member, or neighbour — to let us in and confirm placement on your behalf. A keysafe code works well too. Whoever it is, leave clear notes on where each piece should go and any access details (floor, lift, parking), and we will confirm everything with them before we start.
